CLINCHED: Clan secure play-off spot

NEXT HOME GAME: It’s Glasgow v Dundee THIS FRIDAY when the Stars are the visitors to Braehead Arena (7:30pm face-off). The game will also see the return of Stefan Meyer as we unveil his Wall of Fame banner.

Glasgow Clan are delighted to announce that we have confirmed our place in the Predictorbet EIHL play-off quarter-finals.

Following Dundee’s loss to Manchester on Sunday, Milton Keynes, Manchester and Dundee are now unable to finish above Clan.

Clan’s opponents in the quarter-final will depend on the EIHL’s final standings.

As we are currently in 3rd position if it was to finish as it is now Clan would face the Sheffield Steelers who currently occupy 6th place.

It’s a tremendous achievement to manage this feat with 6 matches remaining in the EIHL season and a real credit to the work that Pete Russell and the team have given throughout the year.

The EIHL have also announced that 3rd spot in the EIHL can qualify for the continental cup.

Clan have already clinched the Gardiner Conference trophy this season, beating rivals Fife Flyers and the Dundee Stars in the process.
