November 28, 2019

NEXT HOME GAME: We’re celebrating St Andrew’s Day THIS FRIDAY when the Nottingham Panthers come to Braehead Arena (7:30pm face-off). Tickets are available NOW online HERE, by calling the ticket hotline on 0844 499 1700 or direct at the Braehead Arena box office (Friday 12 noon to face-off).

Glasgow Clan are delighted to announce the signing of Canadian forward Scott Jacklin.

The 29-year-old joins the Clan having spent the previous 14 months with Pionniers de Chamonix in France.

Jacklin was a team-mate of former Clan defenceman Tyson Wilson, between 2011 and 2015 at Robert Morris University in NCAA Division 1.

Clan head coach Zack Fitzgerald is delighted to be able to add an extra body to his line-up following the losses of Craig Peacock, Mathieu Roy, Scott Tanski and Travis Ehrhardt to injury.

“Jacklin is a good two-way player and is versatile throughout the forward positions” commented Fitzgerald.

“He has speed, skill and a great work ethic. The main characteristic I was looking for, was a good person to fit into our already thriving room.

“He will come into our group of great guys and fit the ethos that we’ve built here. This is a necessary boost to our injury stricken line-up.

“I want to share my appreciation to Mr Black and Mr Chalmers for their ratification of this much needed addition to help out a special group of players.”

Scott will wear #54 during his time with the Clan. Scott arrived into Glasgow from France today, and pending international clearance will make his debut against Nottingham.

See Scott make his debut against the Panthers THIS FRIDAY (7:30pm face-off). Tickets are available NOW online HERE, calling ticket line on 0844 499 1700 or direct at the Braehead Arena box office (Friday 12 noon to face-off).
