SEASON TICKET HOLDERS: Don’t forget your Challenge Cup tickets!
UPCOMING HOME GAMES: Tickets are NOW on sale for our homecoming October fixtures! Tickets can be purchased TODAY via , by calling 0844 499 1700 or direct at the Braehead Arena box office (Thursday 12 noon to 9pm, Friday 12 noon to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm).
JUST A REMINDER, 2018/19 Season Ticket Holders can purchase your seats for the Challenge Cup group games against the Fife Flyers (Friday 5th October), the Belfast Giants (Saturday 13th October) and the Dundee Stars (Tuesday 16th October).

You will be presented with a list of all 3 Challenge Cup group games available to be added to your 2018/19 season ticket card. To select the games you would like to purchase, please click the box next to each fixture (Please note, unlike the previous eCommerce system, you can now purchase as many available games at once rather than carrying out a single game purchases at a time).
Once you have selected the games you would like to purchase, you will be directed to the customer login page.
You will then be directed to a ‘Confirmation’ page where it will detail the seat purchases related to your season ticket account.
If you are happy with the information displayed, please click the ‘I confirm…’ field and then click ‘Confirm’ in the bottom right hand corner. This will then take you to the merchant services website where you will be able to input your card details for payment.
TICKETING: Please note, if you have purchased your season ticket seats via the eCommerce platform, you will not receive a hard copy ticket. The games you have purchased will be activated on your 2018/19 season ticket cards (Season ticket cards will be available for collection prior to home games at Braehead Arena from the ticketing desk adjacent to Costa Coffee).
BOX OFFICE: Please note, season tickets seats can not be purchased via the Braehead Arena box office. All season ticket seats must be purchased via the eCommerce system.
If you don’t have access to a computer for eCommerce, please contact the Clan Office on 0141 886 6459 where we will be able to assist further.
ACCOUNT CREATION: Each individual season ticket holder is required to have an account on the eCommerce system, using a valid email address and season ticket members number which was supplied to you in your season ticket confirmation email from the Clan Office.
PAYMENTS: Can only be made by debit / credit cards on the eCommerce system. We do not accept cash or cheque payments. All transactions will appear on your statements as intu Braehead Arena / Broadway Leisure.
DEADLINE: Season ticket seats will be available to purchase via the eCommerce platform from Friday 7th September 2018 (12 noon) until Monday 17th September 2018 (12 noon). We can not guarantee that all held season ticket seats will be available for general sale after the deadline.
